Poor Transport Links is a situation in Democracy 3 Africa. It is caused by poor infrastructure, and causes decreased GDP, international trade, tourism, education, health, agricultural efficiency, car usage, rail usage, bus usage, increased oil price, and an opinion penalty with motorists, rural, capitalists and with everyone.

Description[]

The condition of roads, rail lines, waterways and airports is poor. An unreliable transport network is having a detrimental effect on the economy, making logistical planning all but impossible. People are unable to easily move around the country, impacting health care, school attendance and tourism. The effect is particularly acute in rural areas, where infrastructure investment has traditionally been lower.
